Hey there,
I have a question someone might be able to help me with... I have been on a workout schedule for a while and have always had access to a nice gym with all the equipment imaginable. Recently, I have had to buy my own bench (full incline and decline) with no rack for a barbell, for the purpose of using Dumbells exclusivly for bench excerises. My problem is I have a fairly nice set of standard threaded dumells, which arent flat on the ends (threaded rod, hard to rest on knees), and I cant seem to get into the declined postion efficiently with them because of the extruding bar and even more-so not being unable to get in the position with 50lbs in each hand without being in danger of getting hurt. The weight I can get into the position in easily is far far less than I need to be pressing.... Any ideas on method on how to do this efficiently? Any help would be great.....
