Desperately need a quick answer

Bought Melatonin 2 and have the bact water in a sealed glass vial 2ml and the guy whom i purchased from says to insert the needle into the side of the bottle - sounds really dumb but i have been through two injections already and both broken, how to break that bottle open as its completely glass sealed, tried to break the neck off, that don't work, so any tips please help.....and HELLO TO ALLLLL.......

I assume you're talking about Melanotan-2 (MT-2) since melatonin is a very cheap OTC pill usually.

You've got ampules that are unscored. Since you don't have an ampule scorer, use a file -- a metal file or even a nail file will work. Score along the skinny part of the neck, all around the circumference. Give it a few passes, more if using a nail file. Then wrap the whole thing in a paper towel and snap the ampule in half gently with the idea of the break being along your scored cut. Hopefully you'll have a clean break and no more shards of glass.
