Despertly needing a answer!!!

I need some info on in-home cardio. I live in Ky and its beginning to get real cold "freezing cold" and they recently closed our fitness center. So I need some info or maybe some websites on home cardio...and i dont have lots of money for tredmills or these fancy gadgets...just some hard truth...thanks~

Hey there fellow Kentuckian.. What part of KY u from??? I have one of those little trampolines I bought at Wal-Mart for about 15 bucks.. I also bought a small portable stair stepper for about 25 bucks.. Cheap but does the trick when it is chilly outside... Hope that helps a bit...

sarge,, buy a few warmer clothes and go out for some walks.you cant beat mother nature for some good cardio.

Try buying yourself a decent jump rope. Shouldn't cost you more that 10 bucks. Believe me, after five minutes, you'll be sucking wind.
