Just after some advice really!!! I've been a member of a gym for 6 months now. My visits have mostly consisted of CV workouts. I now wanna start building. However, I am diabetic (Type 1, needing 4 injections a day!) Should I start Body Building??? Ive heard alot of shit about insulin being the most potent anabolic hormone and its abuse within the bb world.
I just dont know if its a sensible thing to start building bulk
