Hey Guys I Wanna Get Down To 10percent Bf Im Around 15-17 Percent Now 5'9 210lbs 19 Y.o. I Workout 5 Times A Week And Run 2-4 Miles 4 Times A Week. I Dont Wanan Lose Muscle. Im Going To Be Eating Only Healthy Carbs N Will Try To Get Grm Protein Per Pound Bw. Being That I Dont Wanan Lose Msuvcle N I Workout N Run Is 3000 Cals A Good Number Too Shoot For Per Day And I Need My Carbs But I Dont Want To Overdo It So Is It Good Idea To Not Eat Ne Carbs After Say 6 Oclock? If I Stick To Y Diet How Long Does It Generally Take To Go From 16-10 Percent Bf? 3 Months?? Thanks Alot I Appreciate Ure Help
