been in cut mode eating 2200-2400 cals for a long time 6months. just decided to change things up went on bulk 3450 cals per day 20/45/35 f/c/p. strange part is i've been stronger than normal ever since i started eating more. i was keeping carbs under 200g now im running 375carbs 280protien 74 fat. is there a direct link here between the carbs and strength. ive set pr's all week .
