HEY everyone I dont know if this thread has done before, well anyways are diet sodas as bad for your training as regular ones? I was thinking in having a diet soda in my cheat day

what you guys and gals think about this?http://master.mx-targeting.com/mx/s...logdt=20040918&capcntdy=17&cntp=&capcnt=3&&co

most here will say 1 or 2 a day is fine (of diet). cut regular cokes out altogether. personally, i drink nothing but h2o all day every day.

i second that. I vote for drinking no soda. I probably only drink 12 oz of soda per month at most.

Get rid of soda, it's poison to your body. Especially that corn syrup crap.

1-2 diet sodas a day is acceptable and will not harm you in any way.

omg...I would die without my diet cokes. I only allow myself 2 per day.

I always thought that diet coke, pepsi all tasted nasty. I prefer any type of juice or water over that diet stuff. :barf:

Muscle Gelz Transdermals
IronMag Labs Prohormones
What's juice?? I haven't had oj in soooo long!!

Water and Milk is all I drink.

hmm lets see Orange juice versus coke.....I think i'll stick with orange juice.

COFFEE, SACCHARIN, AND THE PILL

That's not really the question, is it? It is Juice vs DIET coke.

I still prefer OrangeJuice, grape juice and cranberry juice over diet coke.
I mean really that stuff is nasty.

Most juices have just as much sugar as a can of Coke if not more. Even natural fruit sugar is still sugar.

I'll take my chances with natural sugar than man made sugar.

If you drank the 1-2 cans of diet coke/pepsi wouldn't actually be better metabolism wise, not to mention it's a dieretic isn't it? because of the caffiene

I have liver damage and my doctors have told me to stay away from coffee and anything containing caffiene. Coffe, Coke and pepsi are now banned from the household. I happen to love Pepsi even more now.

Sugar, like fat, gets a lot of sour press, some deserved, some not. Babies are born with a sweet tooth. Human milk is quite sweet, so a child begins life making the connection between eating, drinking, and pleasure. Sugars are one form of carbohydrates and carbohydrates are good for you, as long as you eat the right kinds in the right amounts. Carbohydrates are your body's main source of energy. You couldn't live or work without them. Your body needs a lot of carbohydrates - around 60 to 70 percent of your total calories should be in the form of carbs. But before you reach for the carbs in a candy bar, take some time to learn about sugar and other kinds of carbs. Over-processed, factory-made sugars and starches have given carbohydrates a bad reputation. Once you understand which carbs are best for your body, including which sugars are good for you, you can indulge a sweet tooth and still enjoy sweet health.

:nope:

I do that only because I can´t afford 40% of protein coming from chicken breast.

Damn, your from Brazil? Raise some damn chickens boy! Free eggs and chicken legs.

It is not a bad idea solid. :)
I would have to create a lot of them to get 3 pounds of chicken breast a day.
How is everything in NY now?

Now I said raise chickens not procreate with them...what do you get when you mate a blue rabbit with a chicken?
LOL

Everything is as usual in NYC!
