Hey there folks,
OK, here is the situation, I have been weight training for about 5 months now , and have been doing cardio for about a 2 months (mostly running, now for the past couple of weeks Ive been doing HIIT). I happen to be a student of Physics wich makes me on the go all the time, so its hard to eat right ( because Im not sure how on the go). It also hard for me to know how to eat good on a budget.

My stats:

24 yo
210lbs
5'10

My workout schedule:
:flex:day 1: Chest,Tris
:flex:day 2: Back, Shoulders
:flex:day 3: Bis, Abs
:hot:day 4: HITT (no resistance training)
Repeat....

So I need help constructing a good way to eat to loose weight (good twenty or so lbs of fat.) but not screw up my muscle gain, on the go, on a decent budget.

I'll eat just about anything so if anyone wants to suggest a meal plan to me about what to buy for home, and what to get when Im at the University (which is most of the time).

So I know many of you folks really know your stuff, so if you want a good challege, Come up with a good diet, shopping list, principles, or even flat out "Commandments of Eating Right" ( for this situation).

Hope to hear some good things! :thumb:

When does your body get to heal? Remember, that you don't grow while you're working out; you grow while you rest and sleep. Don't train more than two days in a row. Also, take a day off from any form of exercise at least a couple times per month.

Where is the leg work?? HIIT dosent count as leg training.

As suggested, read up on the stickies in the diet and training forum. Then post it in the appropriate forum for a critique, along with your stats and goal.
