Hey everyone, posted about a week ago about how I want to cut about 10-15 pds of fat and retain all of my LMB(Lean Body Mass). I only want to do this to look more cut and toned. I know it's a little early to think about summer and the beach season, but i figure the sooner the better. I currently weigh about 180 pds and am 6 ft tall. I constructed this plan from a sticky forum but reorganized and trimmed some things from it. This meal plan will be for a 3 week period, and after that I plan to change it up a little bit again. 2 whole eggs and 2 egg whites
½ cup oatmeal
Meal #2
Protein shake (2 scoops of protein powder 5 strawberries, 3 TBS whipping cream, and 12 oz of water)

4 oz chicken breast
1 cup brown rice
2 cups fibrous vegetables

4 oz beef

10 oz chicken breast
2 cups of veggies
