Hey could some of you lovely ladies help me plan a diet for my girlfriend
shes about 5"6 5"7 120-130lbs
she goes gym 4-5 times a week lot of cardio but im getting her doing squats and weights aswell now.. she does not want a muscular physique just wants to tone up..
any way worked out she should be eating around 1300 calories a day!
this sound right? shes got a great figure any way and im starting to train with her now im moving in so will get her exercising properly.. she wants me to help her with diet and i would REALLY appreciate some advice from the women on here i want to surprise her and write her out a diet this friday
shes been taking contraception pill past few weeks and can cause a little water retention as it is a hormone..
