Girlfriend needs help losing...diet advice please

My g/f is 5'3 and 116-118. She runs 20 miles per week and lifts weights 4 days per week. She cannot seem to lose belly fat or tone her arms at all. She isnt cut. Her diet is a problem. She usually eats something small for breakfast like cereal then 5 hours later she eats lunch, usually a sandwich and some chips, then 5 or so hours later she will eat dinner, grilled chicken and vegetables or something like that. I told her she needed to eat 5 times per day to speed up her metabolism but she would have to tote around a lunch box to school and work. Is that the only thing she can do? She also takes a multi vitamin and glusomine. Before I get attacked for this....asking for advice was her idea not mine because I have no idea what to tell her. If I did half that amount of cardio I would be stick thin.

It is not so much hor frequently she eats that is the problem. You can get lean on eating only 3 meals a day... But it is going to come down to WHAT she eats and how much she is eating...

She may not be eating enough... or she may be eating much more than she thinks she is... She may also not be eating enough protein or essential fats while overdosing on the saturated fats and carbs...

dude if you get your girl eating 5 times a day she is going to be a fat mess within 2 weeks. To lose weight you need to get her to either 1. burn more calories or 2. eat less calories. Trust me your girl ain't eating just a small bfast and healthy little lunch and dinner. If she were she would be a skinny minny not laura lardo (get out the butter she's go enough rolls for everyone) She is a closet binge eater. When no one is looking she is grabbing a 3 pounder of doritos and diving in head first.

Why even waste your time trying to help the fattie lose weight. I would just dump her for someone skinnier. Even though I workout, I like to date skinny lazy bitches who stay skinny and never work out. That way i know 20 years from now I am not going to be stuck with some fat, stench box lard ass wife.

actually, you CAN gain weight by not eating enough due to your body's storage methods when it's in starvation mode...

if your gf is so dead-set against bringing a lunch box to class or work...how about investing in a case of Nature's Valley granola bars, or something along those lines? i think she would benefit from having one of those in between her main meals...then she'd be eating 5 times a day, and can maybe do with somewhat smaller portions for lunch and dinner (like lose the fatty chips).

although, i have to say, 5'3" and 116-118 pounds sounds pretty good to me, unless she has like no muscle whatsoever.
 
my students laugh their asses off when i come to school because I have this gigantic cooler with 3 icepacks and 4 meals in it. They all know that I come to teach and in between eat like a horse. I have one girl in my class who reminds me when to eat becuase I gave her the job of reminding. I have a microwave in class and a mini-refrig. I need it and the students like the fact that they have a bodybuilder for a teacher and dont have a wimpyass screwball fag for a teacher.
