Goals are the usual shit....."burn fat gain muscle".....for me however the diet has been hard.....I am currently doing a low carb (basically a cup of oatmeal and banana w/ 6whites + 2 yolks/ 1 slice cheese and 2 oz boar's head low-sod ham omlette for meal 1 of the day) high protein(mostly chicken, tuna or turkey/broccoli 8-10 oz chick/1 cup brocc and or spinach) w/ just vegg's for meals 2,3, and 4........meal 4 is post workout(approx an hr after training) immediately after training is "ON" whey ........pre-workout is also "ON whey" w/ an apple along "muscle pharm assault".......currently natural past 6 months.....will start a test/tren and possibly either "M-sten or Halo extreme"....still deciding on what way to run the cycle and what way to diet.....until my most recent cycle I ran conservative dosages (300 test wk either alone or along either winstrol 150wk or low dose deca).....last cycle was 600-750 test w/kickstart o'methadrol extreme(original) and sdmz 2.0 last 4 weeks of a 14 week.....35yr old 5'9....got up to 247 on that last cycle but am down to 200lb even.....kept abt 70% of strenth and lean-tissue size so far........I might start cruising after this cycle(low nat T) anyways, I recently tried carb cycling for abt 8 weeks but didn't see enough to keep doing it so I went back to this low carb w/ 1 cheat meal once a week.....I want to get in the best shape ever and ultimately see how big/strong/ripped I can get w/ what I have to work with.........anyways, thanks for info, advice etc....
