Hey all!
I am an 18 y/o Male cyclist. I am currently training to race later this year and in the oncoming years.
I've only been on a training regime for 2 weeks now, but I having trouble and I'm wondering if it is diet related, as I'm not really on a diet at all, I just eat. Anyhow, I despite paying close attention to being hydrated, I have been feeling dizzy ,tired, and very fatigued for an entire week.
I need some advice on what my diet should look like. What should my protien/carb/fat intake be ? I'm not looking to lose weight or anything, just something to keep me going.

Thanks!

You choose the right place to ask for that kind of imfo!!!
Hmmm, maybe Albooby might be able to answer your querries, but what I can tell you is that potasium is needed in your diet(bananas)water, lots of water to keep you hydrated,
I'M SURE YOU KNOW THIS ALREADY!!!
You also might talk to Gopro, maybe W8 she has good background in nutrients.
Good to see ya here...
