Diet help and suggestions

I'm currently running a cutting cycle. I weigh 87 kg / 192 lbs. 182cm / 6 ft. Not sure about bf %, i'd say probably around 13-14%

-Typical days food-

Cals - 2105

Prot - 224 g
Carbs - 112 g
Fat - 79.9 g

It fluctuates a bit, upwards most likely, but it's relatively constant.

-More detailed-

1st meal: 2 egg omelet with chicken breast filling. 1 slice wholewheat toast

Workout

2nd meal: 2 egg omelet with chicken breast filling. 1 slice wholewheat toast

3rd meal: 1 chicken breast with pasta & cheese sauce. 1 slice wholewheat toast. 1 bottle apple juice.

In between meals there's the odd health rusk.

Am I on the right track or should I make a few adjustments?

Probably not idea. You don't have a post workout snack? Your only eating 3x a day? That don't look great.
 
built thats very informative. your sign. just isnt for newbees i think everyone can benefit by the few things i saw. i found the right thing to click for arnold presses, i said your thing was wrong, shit if i wouldnt have gone back and looked and didnt delete my first post i would of looked like a ass. good thread or sign or watever. i liked the chair to help u start your neg. i can only do 4 , up from maybe 2 reps before. but iam up to 263 , as my trainer wants my to bulk now for nxt yrs states competition. so thats pretty good right built? i mean for someone 263 ? but i can do well over 350 for front wide, shoulder width pulldowns, with lat bar. strict form to. he wants me up to 290 before i start my cut down to 240 for show at 5% bf. WOW i love that calculator how easy. now i know wat is expected on how long to go from 290 to 240 . it will take me 4 months at 250cals defecit a day. awesome built keep that up there as iam terrible with math. thnx.
