Hello guys,

Today was the first day I've done a big prep I done 5 days worth at once that's 15 meals 3 a day pre made all weighed and boxed and refrigerated te rest il cook fresh and I have 2-3 shakes a day I'm more concerned about my carb protein and fat ratio does this sound ok?

Daily stats::

Protein 425 grams!

Carbs 250 grams

Fat 59 grams

3060 cals

Carbs31%/fat16%protein53%/

All clean foods.

Height 5'8

185 lbs body fat 14-15%

Goal is single figure body fat

I will not be on cycle during this whole diet I want to diet naturally so I know my body before next cycle.

I will probably throw I'm clembuterol once my bf drops around 10%

I have pics right now on my phone will upload of ppl want?, and I'm sure ppl will say I'm less then 15% my abs are visable seretus is slightly visable but in all reality I'm just one of te lucky ones with high metabolism ad I keep abs year round. But yeah I'd say 15% and I could stay here all year with the worst diet ever like I have been doing. When you see a pic bear in mins I have never been consistent with my diet. I'd prep for say one day then do 10 hour shift at work come home go gym for hour and half shower and eat and just couldn't be botherd making more food sometimes so I would eat crap that next day. Under eat and bad foods. No more. This 5 day prep will become my religion from now.

really good bro ratios look great I have the same type of schedule 10 hrs days prepping meals really helps to stay on track I've learned when you have a busy life style and it always feels like your rushing to fit all your tasks into one 24 hr period plus keeping diet in tune meal prep is a big help and stop you for making bad meal choices I'm running almost the exact same protein, carb, and fat % as you and have made excellent progress I'm about 15% bf right now aiming for 10-12% bf before I start my next cycle but definitely looks great good job :winkfinger:

Thanks mate! How many meals u eating a day? And also what's ur stats if using mind me asking?

I don't think that much protein would be beneficial, what is that like 2.25g protein per lb of bodyweight?
1.5is plenty. And did you say you're trying to cut? On 3000cals? What's your TDEE/maintenance calories?

I know what your saying about the protein Beeing high but it's almost irrelevant to me I just want to make sure I'm feeding my body 40-50grans of protein per meal and sinse I'm eating 7-8 times a day that's why it's so high. As fair as maintenance I'm just learning now my friend. This is my first attempt at a diet so I'm weighing myself every morning and in 4 weeks il see what's what and take it from there. I like dieting in the regards when I go to bed at night I know every night I'm fuelling my body with good clean foods and proper nutrient. I don't like the blandness of the diet tho its so boring after 1 week I'm getting cravings for chocolate and sweets so bad! And I don't normally even like them lol

My metabolism is crazy aswell may I add plus I'm doing cardio now previously I never did any and I ha abs all year round so that's some extra calories burned

At face value the protein is way too high and the fats are too low....

I'm not macro only diet type person.....can you post what you are eating per meal?

Why are you guessing how many cals you need? So the math find how many cals your body requires to maintain weight, then add 500calories to that per day. IIFYM.com/calculator

Im guessing how many cals I need as I do not know my maintenance. I don't like these automated things in the Internet were you put in your weight and it tells you your maintenance. I figure the only way u can find your maintenance is by following a consistent diet calorie wise for 4-6 weeks and just watch your weight if you adding weight it's to much drop it by 500 cams and vice versa...

So what I'm trying to say is I'm figuring out my maintenance now u could say ha

I, along with tons of others have no problems with the calculator. And if its not dead on, you just add or subtract from there. If you're way off then you just entered something wrong like your activity level. You don't need to be doing what you're doing. But anyway if you want to do it the hard way go for it.

well either way you look at it, your gonna have a set number of cals this calculater calculates for you let's say 2800cal and I'm "guessing" if u like mine at 3000 cals now regardless of which one you still have to run the diet consistently to see how your body reacts so to me it's not the hard way it's just my way :)
