I am trying to put together an eating plan for my 16 week cycle and I am having trouble. I eat a lot of chicken, protein shakes, lean beef, and salads, but I am having trouble putting it all together. My cycle is a recomposition cycle. I am looking to lose about 8lbs of fat and gain 15-20lbs of muscle. For cardio I run 4-5 miles 5 or 6 days a week. I have my workout down, I jut need my diet dialed in. I am allergic to fish, so that's out
Any help? I get bored of chicken, eggs, shakes... I just need to stay away from the junk I guess... WHo knows... help!
