diet? hurt not training?

ok if you have a pulled/torn muscle and your not lifting but doing cardio is this a good time to cut? or should you eat maintence to help body heal?

I would just maintain myself. unless it was nto too major and i was near a recomp-cutting time anyway.

messed up my bicep in May and had to take like 2 months off,(ithought it was going to be alot more) really sucks
 
So if you fitness needs are in a normal range and you are not overweight or fat you don't need to cut but only eat a good balanced diet. To maintain you weight you need a balanced diet and cardio. You can reduce fat from you food but don't skip all the fat because fat is necessary to provide you energy during your cardio.
