Anyone where I can find some information on proper macronutritional breadown, how often can you work the same body part in a week, and while taking 500-1000mg of test per week?

your diet depends on your goals. and there is no perfect training program when on cycle. everybody uses a different methodology in that aspect, depends on if your goals are maximizing strength or hypertrophy.

Diet is individual, there are many ways to skin a cat. I'm about 30/60/10 but will probably change that soon.

Everyone trains differently. I dont change my training anymore based much on being on or off cycle. About 18 months ago or so was the tail end of higher volume and increased frequency for me, mostly with the heavier weights I just can't seem to do that comfortably anymore without things nagging me from time to time. I dont want to be 50 years old and not able to lift my hands over my head.

500 test is what I use currently and I dont really feel like going over it. At a gram a week I just pickup more sides and very little increased gains. I prefer stacking over high doses of single items.

Congrats on your previous 8% by the way, thats a nice mark to hit.

Thanks, Mudge. I really intend to be a little more responsible this time and I have high hopes that your information will increase my chances of keeping some gains.

Yeah, most people seem to agree that there is no reason to make major changes to your lifting routine. Just so that you have a good productive routine before firing up the test. Let the test amplify the training effect.

Diet is pretty individual. 1.5-2+ g/lb bodyweight in protein is pretty uniformly recommended though. Calories are adjusted usually by trial and error based on how much weight you want to gain or lose. Things happen so fast on test initially, the learning process that goes along with diet/training also seems to progress much faster. I learned more in my last year of using ph/ps and test e than I did in maybe 5 years previous.

On a bulker, I tend to do best with a shit ton of protein, way over the recommended amount, and low to moderate cho and fat. Leads to relatively lean gains for me. If I really want to decrease total bodyweight, I had best stay the hell off of the roids. Makes it at least feasible for me.

How big are you guns these days, Mudge?

I was dieting down, but picked up a few garbage pounds over the last few days, stopped bulking awhile ago though. Shirt day tomorow, if I pick up any magic triceps from it, that will add some.
