have you read it? well I have, and it's not filled with useless crap.

Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle is the best selling ebook on the net, there is a reason for that.

click on testimonials at the top of the page, there is ten pages worth.

and Jodi, not sure what was so funny about his post.

oh, and here is a short bio of Tom Venuto whom I highly respect:

Since 1989, Tom Venuto has been involved in the fitness industry as a personal trainer, success coach, nutrition consultant, health club manager, publisher and freelance writer. Tom has written over 160 articles and has been featured in IRONMAN magazine, Natural Bodybuilding, Muscular Development, Muscle-Zine, Olympian's News (in Italian), Exercise for Men and Men???s Exercise.

Tom's inspiring and informative articles on bodybuilding, weight loss and fitness motivation are also featured regularly on dozens of websites worldwide including Lee Labrada's Lean Body Coaching Club, Will Brink's Muscle Building Nutrition.com, Bodybuilding.com, Bodybuilding About.Com, A to Z Fitness.com, Self-Growth.com, Global-Fitness.com, and too many others to mention.

Tom is a lifetime natural bodybuilder and has wom numerous competitions including three state and three regional titles, and runner-up at the Natural Mr. USA and Natural North America. Tom Venuto's e-book, Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle, is rated by clickbank.com as the #1 fitness ebook on the Internet and has been downloaded in 91 countries worldwide.

Because I it was funny. Simply saying, you can find just as much info if not more on this forum and the internet. You should be pleased with the fact to know that this forum provides a wealth of information.

Yes, but many people would rather have a single source, i.e. a book that lays out everything for them, diet, nutrition, training, etc. that is what Tom's 337 (17 chapter) page book does. I even have a "hard copy" of it here.

Also, not only is Tom's book a complete fitness guide it goes beyond just plain fitness advice. It has many facets of motivation and inspiration to help people with the mental aspect of dieting, working out committment, etc.

Bottom line, yes it's worth $39 and Tom offers a 90 day unconditional money back gaurantee, so really there is nothing to lose. And yes he really will refund your money if you are not satisfied, I guarantee it.

This is probably true. However, it helps to have a good hard copy reference now and again. I shouldn't talk; I pretty much get all my information on training and diet from these very forums, but I can understand why one might want to look elsewhere. The wider variety of sources that one has the more knowledgeable he or she will be.

i bought this 2 months ago or so and I thought it was worth the money.

I was very skeptic before doing so because it's basically impossible to find a review of this book that's not on on a website that advertises it.

Same with allthewhey

But the book's good. 300+ pages never read so fast.
