1/2cup oats
Meal 2:
2 steak patty's
1 baked potatoe
Meal 3:
8eggwhites raw
orange
1 tablespoon olive oil
Meal 4: (Post WO)
same as 1
~1 hour later~
Meal 5: 6oz t-bone steak
Meal 6: 6oz round steak
Meal 7: 8oz skinless chicken breast.
i'm also taking a supplement called Ultra 40 tabs and each tab contains 2g. protein and i take 20 aday
