Okay I have a question about burning fat. I read everywhere that you should do cardio at your target heart rate for burning fat or the fat burning zone, which is like 60-70% of max heart rate. So if a person is burning fat while in this zone, why can't a person just lose weight like this. Something doesn't seem right because I have ran my entire life and the fat doesn't go away unless I cut calories on a cut like most diet plans. So what is the purpose of this fat burning heart rate zone if it doesn't rid you of bodyfat on its own. Can any experts out there explain this to me please?
