hi guys, just wanted to share something with you;
i average out eating just 2000 calories a day of quality foods including 3 whey shakes a day (only 2 if i'm not in the gym that day). one of the shakes is at bed time with semi skimmed milk. i know i'm not eating enough to bulk up but that's ok for now because i'm concentrating on cutting.
anyway, the reason for this post... i've not been sleeping to well at night and tend to wake up at stupid hours. i also get lethargic around mid afternoon so i'm putting this down to my lack of calorie intake? last night i took some casein protein with milk instead of just regular whey and for the first time in weeks i've slept properly and feel refreshed.
is it just a fluke coincidence or am i onto something here?
