ok sorry if this is a stupid question but here it is. how does variation in excersizes of 1 particular muscle make the muscle grow better than just doing 1 certain excersize for that muscle?

Yes, There's a ton of movements for every muscle group. I'd suggest at least 3 different per muscle group and maybe 4-5 for larger muscle groups ( Legs, Back )

b/c just doing one exercise the body will adapt to it quciker and youll stop growing. plus doing the same exercise would be boring

Disclaimer: This is NOT a declaration of whether or not you can cause uneven growth among certain portions of a muscle.

Certain movements stimulate fibers in different areas of the muscle. You need to stimulate fibers throughout the entire muscle to make the muscle grow optimally as a whole.

Yeah, doing the same exercise over n over would get boring and you would adapt to it after a while. I enjoy the variation of 3+ exercise for a muscle to hit it from different angles

There are many different exercises to work one individual muscle. If you keep doing the same exercises for months at a time without change your muscle won't grow or get as strong as they could with changes as changing your routine every 4 or 5 weeks keeps your muscles guessing.

Shocking the muscles with a new exercise every 4 or 5 weeks will promote growth in size/strength.

You must keep your muscles guessing. I change my routine every 4 weeks. Although a couple of exercises remain the same, many change.

theres this 1 bodybuilder from germany and he never uses the same excersizes for the same body part on his workouts.he changes them every time he worksout.
