Hey guys, what's up. I just want to know if there are different styles of bicepts. For example, when I flex, most of my muscle comes out from my inner arm and goes up a little. I don't know, but my friend calls it a tennis ball bicept because it just looks like there is a tennis ball inside my arm. Is that the way a bicept should be? or should it go up more than it comes out on the inside of the arm. How can I change this so that my bicept goes "higher"
