I am a newbie bodybuilder.

Eat decent diet and exercise 3 times a week.

lift dumbells.

I wanna take dinabol.

Whats the best ways i can gain the most hard muscle on a cycle.

I heard the muscle is watery weight.

Help please.
 
I aint gaining enough muscles.

Getting :pissed: off. with poor results.

Need some steriods.
 
3 things that I suggest you do right now. Learn how to train. Learn how to eat. Leave this part of the board.

Starting with barbell today gonna take 20mg dinabol to boost results either that or commit suicide :D joke

I´m going to make a couple of assumptions here.

You´re probably skinny-fat, meaning little muscle, not overweight but still kinda soft.

You´re looking for a shortcut for better looks.

Let me tell you something, dbol ain´t going to help you out... at all!

My advice for you before starting AAS is:
-Get a good and healthy diet, as a life style.
-Drop down to at least under 13% bodyfat.
-Learn how to workout, and get results naturally.
--This is extremely important for you to actually benefit from the AAS, and avoid injuries.
-Do some research..
