Getting pretty frustrated here, I did a bulking phase at the end of last year and put on 14lbs and 2" to the waist. I cut out all carbs except for oatmeal for bkfst. 2 pieces of wheat bread for lunch and half a sweet potatoe for dinner and post w/o carbs (dextrose 60g) I have lost 5lbs. since jan 2, but still haven't lost any waist size, maybe a tiny bit. I'm 180 lbs I take in about 2600 cals daily.
235g carbs 175g protein and 54g fat (olive oil on salad is most of the fat).
I lift 3 times a week and do cardio for 30 minutes 3 times a week on off days from lifting.

Please help, would a fat burner help or where can I tweak my diet, what type of fat burner should I get if I needed one?

I started right after the new year, I wrote 2600 cals in my first post but I think its more like 2200 on days that I lift and only 1800 on days that I do cardio, they are lower because I eat nothing post cardio, which is another question, should I eat something post cardio? Thanks...Mike

I don't think you need to lower your calories...I would lower your carbs and increase your protein & fat.

Like W8 said, lower your carbs and more protein and fat. Drink 1 gal of water a day.
Your working out enough and your calories are low enough, you should be dropping pounds.

Look at your foods and educate yourself about what foods have high carbs in them. Get a whey protein supplement powder and have a shake after your workouts. That will bring your protein percentage up and give your muscles something good to grow on.

Definitely fuel up post cardio, its just like any other workout, your body needs to be re-fueled...

take the time to determine how many calories you are burning when you workout. Fit this into your calorie budget for the day. I also had a similar problem and when i began to eat egg whites with a source of fiber for dinner with nothing (really nothing) after until breakfast, i began to see results

I'd second W8. You need to get your carbs down low (almost nil - say 25 -30 grams a DAY) and get your fats and proteins up.

You don't need a fat burner, you need to BECOME one.
