Of course he got re-elected he's black or high yellow or whatever other term you want to use for it. The Democrats got smart and put him up in 08 which guaranteed him two terms because of the black,hispanic and women vote regardless of whether or not he is actually good for the country.

Dunning-Kruger effect
The Dunning-Kruger effect is a slightly more specific case of the bias known as illusory superiority, where people tend to overestimate their good points compared to others.
