I just got back from Pilates, and it was a lot of stretching and isometric stuff. Lots of variations on leg lifts and push ups, IMHO. I wish they offered it in the morning, b/c it really made a difference in my workout tonite, as opposed to me coming in at 6:00 am and doing 3 minutes of stretching.Originally posted by Orange357
