I read in the latest issue of Muscular Development that it is wise to freeze your needle before injecting to reduce pain. Has anyone tried this? I couldn't find much information on this.

Lol'dThe pain of the stick isn't really shit...if you need to freeze a pin to avoid that prick feeling you should look for a new hobby.
i like to freeze my butt cheeks and legs before i shoot
Metal like any substance except water will contract and get smaller when frozen. So maybe they recommend it to reduce trauma to the muscle tissue.
I have also found it wise to engage in Zumba instead of lifting to decrease pain and soreness in the injection sites
Anything found in muscular development should not be taken as advice but more as a joke or gimmick lol. All the pros got big on creatine only by cell tech too.

Never heard of this method before or understand how a cold needle would reduce pip. The needle is dry and surgical steel, so it won't freeze, just get cold.
Lol, never heard of freezing needles. In my opinion anyone who worries about injection pain has no business using a syringe.
