hi all, as part of my daily calories counting, i always include the calories stated on the tub for the proteins i take. for example, my average intake is 2000kcals a day. i have 2 scoops of whey in the morning @ 175kcals, same again just after training and 153kcals of casein just before bed. in total 453kcals ar being consumed via protein supplements and the remainder is from quality food. do you include the calories from whey/casein when counting? am i going about my nutrition the wrong way? (i'm trying to cut at the moment)
