Why is it that everyone says that you should have 5+ years of training before using a PH? What is it about 5 years of training that makes it ok then, and not in say 1 year of training?

??

And, it takes a lot of people quite some time to get their diets and training down correctly, which without your gains on PH/PS/AAS will be minimal.

This is an interesting topic. I thought I was ready to take PH's but when I HONESTLY sat back and looked at things I knew that I really was not ready...and Im still not. I know now that I am finally eating/dieting correctly and I have a good regimine going and guess what...Im making gains similar to guys on PH's! AND I dont have all the extra side-effects or WORRIES about possible side-effects either. I DO know that there will come a point and time when I wont keep making the progress that I am now and then I will re-evaluate my diet/routine and see what to do next. As for 5yrs? I dont know about that...I would hope it wouldnt take a guy 5 yrs to figure out the basics and then build on them.

So is it true that there isn't anything wrong with taking PH's after only 1 year of hard training? What would be wrong with it? I really want to know.

if u dont have ur diet and everything down tight or to a science well the ph's wont work for crap man get all that together first

ok, so what you are saying is that if one has the proper diet and training, then PH's will work well?

yeh they will work excellent if u have a high protien good source of carbs low sodium good source of calories but what are u going to be taking

Well, I was just thinking of taking Superdrol. It's just that I keep reading posts that say you need 5+ years of training first, but I wanted to know why. I might wait a little longer anyway because I am still making decent gains, I just wanted a boost :)

you "shouldn't" need to take any kind of PH/PS for at least 3-4 years after starting to train seriously. it takes many years of dedication and dieting before you even come close to reaching your maximum genetic potential. using PH/PS early on will only get you there faster. IMO, most people who are new to resistance training lack the neccessary skills to actually reap the full benefits of such supplements. it takes years to master the techniques to perform many exercises correctly.

Getting there faster is what I want. I am not a beginner by any means, but I don't have years of experience either. I shall ponder this...

Isn't Superdrol a steroid? Or is it a prohormone?

prohormone. been keeping tabs on it myself, peoples logs and stuff. sounds great, but its new so who knows if there any undiscovered long term negatives.
