I went to my primary dr to be reviewed for TRT. I just finished a cycle a month ago of test E only. Today he informed my thyroid, kidney & liver values are perfect. Then he said your testosterone lvl is very low and he referred me to a urologist. He asked if i did steroids or any other recreational drugs & i said no. Will i be drug tested in any of the process of trying to seek treatment? For aas specifically

If anything were to pop up just say you ran IML Super-DMZ or another legal compound. I doubt you have anything to worry about, especially since your test levels came back on the low side.

No bro I doubt they will test you. Probably just a standard question they have to ask.

He said the test came back low end normal. Then he said he doesnt wanna prescribe any medications for it until i see a urologist.

Then he will either send the results to the Urologist or the Uro will do his/her own blood/urine screening or BOTH.

Like others have said, depending on the Esther and how long it has been since your last shot (>month), you should be HYPOTHETICALLY ok.

Agreed.

Its been a month since my last test e shot. Im pretty sure it will still be detected in my system.

You're straight, and it's not like you HAVE to go to the urologist tomorrow, bro. If you're uncomfortable you can always hold off on seeing him for a couple of weeks.

Thats IF he feels like drug screening me for aas which i am assuming he is. If thats the cass i ll reschedule my appt for sometime in august.

This sucks.

I understand that playing it safe is always better, but I truly feel you're over thinking it. However, it's not like they are going to take your blood right then and there. They'll give you a sheet to take to Quest diagnostics or somewhere. At that point you can choose whether or not you want to get your test done right away.

The question is do they test for AAS. I already got blood drawn from Dr a week ago. Im wondering if the urologist order a new blood test & get that screened for testosterone metabolites.

Im new to this & scared i fck up my insurance.

Sorry for the annoyance bros

The thing is, we do not know what they will do. They (Urologist) might have a specific protocol that they have to follow before prescribing Testosterone ESPECIALLY since the witch hunt for PED's and steroids is a hot subject.

If you do not feel comfortable, do not do it. Every doctor is different...

Ok, this is kinda foolish but what if i rescheduled it for august and ran some ph until than so i can still have less than stellar bloodwork . Or should i just go to the damn appt.

bro, if you haven't done nandrolone in last 18mo, and don't do any more test til blood draw/ua you are fine... your body produces testosterone, therefore the metabolites will naturally be in your body/urine.. if they were going to test for exogenous test usage, they would do an test/epitest lab... this will tell them if you fall in the normal range... just don't do any other aas, including test... and go get your labs done... you are fine

I havent done nandrolone since september 2010. Test E my last shot was the last week of april. I got blood drawn about two days ago. He didnt comment if he found an AAS or anything. All he said was " Your testosterone levels came back in the low range. I'm referring you to a Urologist. Dont take any muscle building supplements until than." I said ok doc thanks.

My appt with the urologist is next week sat.
