Does anyone else have one of these at their Gym

My gym actually has a class called ???Abs buns and gossip??? for all the girls (both male and female) it???s early in the morning and it keeps them out of the main part of the gym.
But for the most part my gyms decent; I???m a cook by trade so I can go after the morning rush and before I start @ 11.

That is the most horrifying name for a group exercise class I have ever heard bar none.

the other day i seen this old guy i think he might be slow or something cuz hes always at the gym but he doesnt lift he just walks around and moves weights to differant racks it sorta weird, but anyways he always wears these daisy duke looking cut off shorts and his lifting belt. Well the other day im doing squats and my buddies just start laughing which in turn starts to make me laugh and then i get pissed cuz im in the middle of a set, so i ask them what the fuck are u laughing at and they tell me to look over at the old dude so i look over and his bag is literally hanging out the bottom of his cut off shorts, he walked around like that for about an hour before he tucked that shit back in.

Yeah theres this one complete faggot at my gym who does that. That fucker walks around talks to everybody about complete nonsense and laughs at everything, I mean EVERYTHING. This guy doesn't go to the gym to train he goes to fuckin socialize, and is still one of these morons who walks around with his arms stiff and traps flexed to try and look big. fucking queer

I was at the gym the other day and this old dude who just cruises around in his daisy dukes getting in everyones way ruined my whole workout when his apple-bag decides to portrude out the side of his shorts!!!! True story...nasty. his old gross balls were all over the equipment. P.S. i think he is my dad! hahaha
