i would like to make my own low carb protein bars, using a blended protein (casein/egg/whey), since they are so expensive at $3 or so a piece. does anyone have a good recipe to share?
w8lifter, sounds damn tasty! The problem is one of them has 100 calories and weighing 250lbs right now and being hungry as a horse 24/7 will probably cause me to eat about 10 of them a day. So that's 1000 calories a day. I better start buying some new clothes b/c looks like I'll be packin on some new meat.
