If I'm getting around 2700-2800 cals per day, with some light cardio each day and I'm active at work for four hours on weekdays (lifting boxes), I figure this is around maintenance for a 80kg, 6'0", naturally high metabolism bloke. This diet is balanced, and includes a decent 200gm of protein, about 1.2gm per pound of bodyweight. I don't like bulking because I always put on a potbelly a lot easier than many ppl, which is fairly easily lost, but I hate it nonetheless. I know most of you bulk then cut, but does anyone just maintain? I understand it's still possible to put on muscle if your routine is constantly changing, but how much more gradual is it?

Never bulked in my life, just ate good and maintained the same body fat for many years while putting on 50+ Lbs of muscle.

Care to elaborate? I'd love to hear your tips, 50lb muscle and consistent bf is pretty impressive.

This was over 4 years of lifting.

same here, i just eat healthy foods, less carbs while cutting, extra carbs when bulking, so far ive had grrrreat results
