you just cut n paste the files you want to keep private into other files on your pc. just make sure limewire is only set to share files from the shared folder n don't keep like say your adobe photoshop or narnia in there. limewire is a doorway to some reallly good porn. 3 yrs thousands of goodies no one has bugged me. you need to make sure you are running a good virus n spyware program. zone alarm security suite works for me. n oh yea you can get it off limewire.

I know Kazaa shared folder shared everything, but once you moved it to "My Videos" under the "My Documents" folder it was no lnger an issue.

I rape Comcast???s bandwidth using Azureus. I haven't downloaded much lately, because I filled up over 800 GB of storage with various medias, I have almost everything I could ever want.

I still use limewire when I only need one song, but otherwise I use Azureus to get the entire CD with ID tags and album art. When I lived in the dorms, I had to use a program called Http tunnel to bypass the p2p restrictions. I was downloading over 500kbs 24 hours a day on limewire.

www.empornium.us is the best free pornsite on the net, but they require you to upload as much as you download, or they cut you off. It is a good system.

Sounds like they may be sharig their whole C: drive, it may be a virus that is doing it, which is why I have a dedicated cheap PC that I run all of my file sharing apps on like Kazaa, Limewire and bittorrent. After I get what I want, I transfer it to my main PC in a seperate drive, run scans on it, open it in the sacrificial PC and then move it to my main media drive.

But take into consideration that you might be downloading 30 movies at one time. In the end, 300kbs is still 300kbs.

Your friend's program or computer is fucked up, tell him or her to use bitcomet or azureus.
