im about 5'10" and 165 lbs and ive been on a diet and have lost about 10-15 pounds in 3 weeks....im also liftin at the moment and i can tell im gettin stronger...my whole goal is to lose about 10 more pounds and then start gaining lost of muscle...i have always been the chubby boy out of all of my friends and i wanna get big ( muscle wise) and lose some of the excess fat...PLEASE HELP
 
I would stop dieting and start having balanced meals and put some meat on those bones! 5'10" @ 165lbs doesn't sound big by any means even if you don't have any muscle. Start lifting heavy and go to a maintenance calories. You will be able to put on size and lose some bodyfat at the same time.
