Okay, here is my lifting from yesterday. (@ 176lb bodyweight)

Everything is from the hang (above the knee), just working on getting quicker under the bar and keeping it close.

The weights are:
snatch- 155 and then 160
clean and jerk- 205, 225 and then 230
(actaully 231 because I was mixing kilos and pounds).

My squat depth is pretty decent.

me...who else?

Here is my honest critizism.

That is THE worst form I have ever seen. I've never done clean and jerks but I'm sure that is def. not the way to go about them.

I'm almost speechless about how bad his form is. The dumb bell presses had an awful range of motion. I don't even know what to say about him shifting around on the incline bench.

His back was very rounded during the deadlifts. The way he pulls and bobs back and bounces with his thighs is a great way to get disqualified in a PL competition(I believe).

He really needs to develop some core strength, drop the weight greatly, and get a grip on good form before he seriously injures himself.

As for potential for power lifting...it is crap. It will continue to be crap until he learns how to lift.

I'm not trying to be mean, I am purely being honest.

He has the best form I have ever seen....truely an amazing man

Hobbits make great powerlifters.

Seriously though man, your friend is going to hurt himself bad. Watching his deadlift makes me cringe (sp?). I don't think I have the best form, but damn, I am smart enough not to do that heavy of weights when I know I can't get it.

I hope this was just a joke though....I seriously hope that this was a joke.
