Look man, I said it in my post. A trademark, among other things, can be used to keep someone from using the name (or whatever was trademarked). I will give you a scenario like I do with my son when he has a hard time understanding why he should poop in the potty and not his pants. Jay holds a trademark on the letter B. Larry comes to Jay and says "hey Jay can I make a t-shirt with B on it?". Now Jay has more than one option, he can say "yes you can use it free of charge" , "yes if you pay me" , or "No you cannot use it at all".

It doesn't work like you think. One can't just use what has been trademarked without the permission of who holds the trademark. You seem to think that one can just use it as long as he pays.

Let's say she was trying to make money. Have you ever heard of life insurance? you know where people get money when someone dies. Do you know what a funeral costs? Have you ever heard of civil lawsuits for wrongful death? where people seek monetary damages from someone for the death of a loved one....

Bro, you're referencing what they call the use of force continuum. It applies to law enforcement personnel vs citizens. For example, if a suspect spits at you, you're not going to be justified in shooting him.

Think about this, of a guy attacks a female with NO weapon, and he's kicking and stomping her, she has every right to shoot and kill him. Not just a female, anyone for the matter. The key phrase here is, "I feared for my safety/life." In circumstances like these and those similar in nature, the use of force continuum does not apply.

Just that statement shows that you have either not received training in law or you got it wrong when you did. A situation like the one you describe is almost never gonna be a clear cut yes or no and anybody who has sat in any law class would know so. And the "anyone for the matter" statement is flat out wrong. Two different people can be presented with identical situations but both of them might not be justified in using deadly force, dude this is basic man. It all comes down to this, "Authorities have said Zimmerman has not been charged because there are no grounds to disprove his account that he acted in self defense." All the evidence shows that George killed Trayvon in self-defense. He's not going to jail.
