Walking for 20-45 minutes 5 times a week in the morning help lose weight or body fat?
I thought it would make you gain since if im walking and i will gain muscles on my leg- cause me to gain weight since muscles are heavier than fat...
And would taking a 15-20 minutes walk couple hours after dinner time Help losing body fat or weight too by walking in the morning at 7-730am and then 7pm in the evening. (walking 2 times a day 5 times a week) PLUS 60 crunches and 10 push-ups in the morning and before bed
