is it REALLY necessary to eat veggies.. cuz i HATE VEGGIES... Thanks for the output prem, i really appreciate it.. im gonna do what u told me but I HATE VEGGIES...
 
Patience...wearing....thin....can't...stand......him...not...listening....anymore...DUDE, listen to what they are telling you. REad the friggin sticky and just do it. Spend more time researching and less time tyring to break everything the sticky says. These guys have gone out of their way to re-write the sticky for you, painfully no doubt. Stop making them do all the work and post the fucking sticky on your fridge. PErsonally I dont think you can meet your goal because you have to be willing to follow the simple rules (WHICH ARE IN THE STICKY). You want to bend everything. Stick to those calories, in those types of foods, with that amount of meals per day, get your fat ass on the bike and pedal, workout 3-4 times per week with high rep full body workouts to start and FOLLOW THE STICKY. God damn. :yell:
 
relax man i appreciate everything they've written and i've read the sticky 6 times already. I will be following it and i appreciate everything you guys have suggested.

Eating sensibly isn't brain surgery. Just don't eat fried foods or too many simple carbohydrates (like white bread and rice, sugars) and you'll be fine. Start drinking skim milk and after a while you won't even want the taste of whole milk. If you drink sugary drinks like soda or juice, just start drinking diet sodas or water or even gatorade.

Unlike the others, I'm gunna say if I was you I wouldn't even bother doing any cardio for a month or so. Just hit the weights for a month and then start doing some moderate cardio on your off days. Theres nothing more boring than going to the gym and running on a treadmill for an hour if you've never done it before.

if you dont wanna eat vegtables you should at least eat plenty of fruit.
