This is confusing for me and could be a reason for problems. I understand that your "supposed" to eat a set amount of calories to gain, maintain, or lose weight. Your also supposed to spread these meals out 5-6 times a day. (About 3 hours apart)

Now...What if your just never hungry for these meals and your always eating when your not hungry? This is my case. I exercise all the time and i know i don't have a slow metabolism, or at least i shouldn't...I follow these rules and i've been losing weight eating about 1700 calories a day. I recently just dropped to 1500 a day. I'm 5'7 148lbs. My weight loss has slowed a bit, which is why i dropped cals a bit. The thing is, why should we eat when we're not hungry? Honestly, I could eat breakfast in the morning and have some peanut butter on bread with some almonds on the side later in the day and be fine...I just simply don't get that hungry...I usually will have dinner around 6:30-7:00 and i feel like i'm eating for no reason. It feels like my body is just storing it as fat, because i'm forcing myself to eat. It's good food though. Small chicken breast and some veggies. It just seems counterproductive to be on a cut and force yourself to eat when your not hungry...

Anyone ever get this way? I know i need to eat throughout the day to keep my metabolism up, and it's good for the body especially when exercising. I just sometimes feel like i'm eating too much, although i'm really not...
