Look I just wanted to let everyone in on a little personal experience. I have been on a few boards and scavaging for info on Diet, Training, and general lifting for like 4 or 5 years. It is hard to find info sometimes. I have been following this direction and it has been unreal. Look I dont even know anything but what he writes and what I ask. It is really a priceless piece of information and should be read, it can help those who need it tremendously. I would seriously throw caution to the wind and atleast read it, better yet try it.
