I used to workout like that, its one of the Weider principles. Not sure how popular it would be here, I haven't done it for near 10 years, time constraints etc.
as long as yoeat enough food in the day it is a good idea. Think about it, after your WO is the most anabolic time of the day for you, so if you train twice then you have double the anabolic periods in the day for you.
