Men's Health nutritional tip of the day:
"Lagers can contain up to four milligrams per liter of potent antioxidants called prenylated flavonoids. They're found in hops, and in a lab study they kept LDL (bad) cholesterol from morphing into its artery-damaging form. According to the Oregon State University study authors, hops are a better source of antioxidants than red wine, green tea, or soy products. Granted, to get the maximum benefit, you'd have to drink something like 450 liters of beer every day. But the researchers do say that every bit counts. We agree."
