Why would you want to?
I don't see any benefit on doing dropsets for absolutely everything, not to mention you'd be bored as hell and it'd take a lot of effort stripping all the plates off all the time, or you'd seriously piss some people off by asking them to help all the time.
Some things work better on certain exercises than on others. If you want to change things around think about your program a little harder about your immediate goals and program it to suit. If you've been doing a lot of high rep work lately, do some lower reps, or implement some sort of periodization into your program.
Play about with exercise variations like doing Paused Bench, or Push Press instead of Military Press, or Deficit Deadlifts. Do you have any exercises or areas that need to be improved? I've just switched out a lot of chest work because i feel like working on my shoulders a bit more, and my rotator cuff is playing up so it'll helpfully avoid some problems (i hope).
If you want to put in some more of these intensity techniques like dropsets etc, don't just blanket everything with one technique, figure out what techniques work better on what exercises for you.
You've got dropsets, supersets, rest pause, 50% sets, super-high reps, negatives, forced reps, high volume, tempo....i'm sure theres a tonne more. Some will work better than others for you on certain exercises.
The main thing is to make sure you're progressing. If you're changing things up because of boredom, do a variety of different things. If you've hit a plateau, do the same thing but drop your training weights considerably and start building back up gradually every week.
