Ive been doing dumbbell presses for three months now, therefore dropping benchpress from my routine with the exception of CG bench presses here and there. Well, i just decided to bench a small set of 155lbs, which i did just a few months ago. Except i could barely get to the 6th rep . Maybe it was the fact i just finished two sets of db presses at 70lbs a hand, which i do for 8-10 reps. Is it just me or did i get weaker but excluding the bench press out of my routine?
