what do most people rep for a seated dumbell curl, i dont care about the variations i just want to know about this exercise.

I didn't color code my weights but that's a thought. I lift weights b/c I'm vain. I like curling. I enjoy working my biceps. In fact I really enjoy reading your comments throughtout these boards....you and p-funk should do comedy...you're both very funny.Yanick said:just bustin balls bro. i understand everyone has different goals, but this question is just plain retarded. asking what someone curls implies, as squaggleboggin said, athleticism and bicep curls do not show athleticism in the very least. i would have no problem with a question like "how big are you arms" as that has some sort of validity to BB'ers, but gimme a break...its a fuckin bicep curl, it means absolutely nothing.

I know the question posed is a bad question, but then again, it is friday afternoon and I'm waiting for the lunch bell to ring so I can go home.....it's something to do.
It just struck me that many people on these boards discount direct bicep exercises as next to worthless or not needed. I like them though.
