Dumbell flys - standing or laying?
I was wondering; What is the difference between doing flys these different ways:
1. Standing
2. laying, feet on floor
3. laying, feet on bench
is it just preference or is there a good reason to do it a certain way?
Also, could someone tell me proper technique for standing? I believe it's elbows/knees slightly bent and lean forward a little. Is that right?
