dumbell routine

ok my name is michael and i am new to the forum and i have a couple of questions because i just got rid of my HUGE workout bench and got a little dumbell bench can someone tell me a good dumbell routine i can do every week? i would reall like some help form you guys i been working out since i was 12 and never used dumbells until now cause someone told me they gave you a very good equal workout and please keep in mind im 16 ty
 
Get rid of that little dumbell bench and get your HUGE workout bench back..!
 
you can do just about the same thing with my little dumbell bench i mean there isnt much you cant do with it. and pluss my wieght bench was HUGE paid 800 bucks for it and it was like 15 foot by 10 foot it was huge

$800 dollars for a bench? But you can do the same with a "little DB bench?" that you traded it for?
 
NOOOOOOOOOOOOo i didnt trade for it at all i paid 125 dollars for the little dumbell bench. The reason i got rid of it is it took up WAY to much room.
 
lmao ... this guy is looking for exercises but all he is doing is catching hell about his $800 bench.

surf the net, there are dozens of exercises you can do with dumbells.
 
i searched the net and sortta gave up. and about the whole people giveing me hell......its getting annoying cause i didnt ask is this bench better or that you know so please stop with the whole bench thing i would greatly appreciate it and if anyone can help me with my routine i would appreciate it even more

www.exrx.net has lots and lots of exercises using DBs.
 
did you say you hope you didnt offend me? if so hell no you didnt offend me lol dont worry about that and thanxs for the link and which of the exercises should i do on what days?
 
I'll pass and let the more experienced folks answer your above question. I have a 4 days split and do a 5th day for forearms, abs, and calves, which I do twice a week. Check out this forum/website or create a thread asking for a good split routine.

Specify what your goals are: i.e., increasing mass, cutting BF%, or focusing on strength.

I am guessing that you are like most 16 yr olds and are usually low on cash. Having no equipment never slowed down anyone who wanted it bad enough, for the time being you are going to have to make what you got work.

If I had more time I would give you an awesome dumbell routine. During Steve Reeves movie career he relied on 2 60 lb adjustable dumbells to keep his Mr. Universe physique!!!
